A Casa Juan event is built around hospitality, not just pours.
Depending on the selected package and event plan, the experience can include a custom cocktail menu, event-specific signature drinks, and elevated bar presentation.
Final scope is confirmed during booking. Pricing may be adjusted for larger guest counts, longer events, premium liquor requests, travel, or additional services. Staffing, ice, glassware, travel, and service requirements are confirmed for each event before final booking.
A deposit is required to confirm your date, with the remaining balance due the day of the event.
Casa Juan private bartending packages start at $500 for the Essential package. The Signature package starts at $750, and the Full Experience package, where Casa Juan also provides the alcohol, starts at $1,100. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday events carry a 40% weekend rate increase, and an 18% gratuity applies to all packages.
The Casa Juan Essential package includes up to 4 hours of bartending service plus 1 hour of setup, the Casa Juan mobile bar, professional bar tools, mixers and juices, and fresh garnishes with agave and basic syrups. The client provides the alcohol.
Casa Juan Signature is the most popular package. It includes everything in Essential, plus 3 custom Casa Juan signature cocktails created specifically for the event and an upgraded cocktail setup and presentation.
With the Essential and Signature packages, the client provides the alcohol. With the Full Experience package, Casa Juan provides the alcohol, with selection and quantities planned around the event.
